Start time: 9:00 AM
Please arrive by 8:20 AM for check-in and seating. We’ll be ready to roll at 9!

Lunch is not provided, so please bring your own lunch.

🀄️ Cancellation & Credit Policy

Because every tournament table requires 4 players, each registration reserves a specific spot at the table. Once you register, your spot is being held exclusively for you.

All tournament registrations are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the tournament date, you will receive a full credit of your tournament registration fee toward one future tournament. The credit may be used for any future tournament with available space and does not expire.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the tournament date, no credit will be issued and your registration fee will be forfeited. Your spot will be offered to a player on the waiting list.

Registrations and credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to another player.

We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to keep those Mahjong tables full. Thank you for understanding and helping us make the tournament fun and fair for everyone! 🀄️💰
