In this course, you’ll dive deeper into the art of the Charleston, learning more advanced passing strategies that can shape your hand from the very start.
I'll help you develop the skill of identifying your strongest possible hand early on, while also teaching you how to read the table and anticipate what your opponents may be building. You’ll explore defensive play techniques to protect your position and minimize risk, along with other essential insights that experienced players rely on.
Whether you’re looking to play more confidently, think more strategically, or simply win more often, this class will give you the tools and knowledge to elevate your Mahjong game.
Guided play:
Price: $30 for 2 hours
Guided Play is the perfect next step after completing Mahjong 101, where everything starts to click through real game experience. In this session, you’ll play a full game of Mahjong with supportive, hands-on guidance every step of the way.
Think of it as your practice playground—where questions are encouraged, mistakes are part of the process, and confidence grows naturally. You’ll get comfortable with the flow of the game, including passing during the Charleston, picking and discarding tiles, calling for tiles, and making exposures.
With gentle coaching and real-time feedback, Guided Play helps turn what you’ve learned into instinct. By the end, you won’t just understand the game—you’ll feel ready to sit down and play with ease.
